Midway provides residential development services for master planned developments and lot sales to builders. We also develop lots on a fee basis for land owners and investors.

 

Midway's capabilities in residential land projects include analysis of market and project feasibility, land planning, master plan preparation, budgets and schedules, management of engineering and landscape design, coordination of water, sewer, drainage, paving, and landscape construction, creation and oversight of Municipal Utility Districts (MUD), setup and management of property owners associations, and project marketing and builder negotiations.
