Bo Sanford joined Midway Companies’ development team in 1992.  In 2002, he was named President of Midway Holdings, L.P. 

Bo is intimately involved in the financial aspects of all development and investment projects, including involvement in project financing and lender, investor, legal, and partner relationships.  Working closely with the Midway’s project and financial team, Bo coordinates the formation and operation of development and investment entities, from inception through disposition.  During Bo’s tenure with Midway, the company’s developed investment transactions have exceeded $650M. 

Following his graduation from Texas A&M University in 1982 with a degree in Finance, Bo pursued a career in real estate finance with nine years of experience with Citicorp and RepublicBank.  Bo is past president and board member of the Houston Chapter of NAIOP, active with ULI, and is a past member of the Amegy Bank Fort Bend Advisory Board.
