Ms. Dyson joined Midway Companies in November 2007 to serve under the leasing umbrella of the Company.  Her responsibilities include building leasing strategies and successfully executing the leasing objectives related to specific projects.  She also manages the third party relationships for those projects.  Currently, Ms. Dyson's focus lies with the high-end condominium units being developed in the CITYCENTRE project. 

Prior to joining Midway Companies, Ms. Dyson served as both Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Community Relations for high-end condominiums and 55+ communities in markets including Houston, TX, San Francisco, CA, Palo Alto, CA, Playa Vista California, and Atlanta, GA.  She brings a wealth of experience in pre-construction sales, new lead generation and external business development.   

Ms. Dyson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Georgia.
