Mr. Mayfield is responsible for marketing and leasing office and industrial properties throughout multiple Houston submarkets.  Since joining Midway, Mr. Mayfield has completed over 120 transactions resulting in over $35 million in revenue.

Prior to joining Midway Companies, Mr. Mayfield assisted in managing a 1.2 million square foot Class A office and data center in downtown Houston with $17 million in revenues.  Before entering the real estate industry, Mr. Mayfield served as Captain in the United States Army with operational deployments to Bosnia-Herzegovina and Macedonia. 

Mr. Mayfield received a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.  He holds a real estate brokers license from the State of Texas.  Mr. Mayfield is an active member of CCIM, the Houston Real Estate Council, and the Houston Realty Breakfast Club.
