Ms. McLaughlin joined Midways Companies in September of 2009. She is the Director, Asset Management and is responsible for Midway’s multifamily development and serves as Director of Attent Services.

Ms. McLaughlin joins Midway with more than 20 years of experience. She has acquired broad knowledge of multifamily investment markets throughout the United States having held the positions of Regional Vice President and VP of Training and Development for TVO North America with a portfolio in excess of 24,000 units. Prior to joining Midway, Ms. McLaughlin served as a consultant for acquisition and asset management at Guardian Equity and has held regional manager positions with Metric Property Management and the Trammell Crow Company.

She is a member of several national and regional professional and civic organizations including NMHC, IREM, National Apartment Association, TAA and HAA. In addition she serves as a foster /adoptive community representative for Casa de Esperanza a non-profit placement agency serving children in crisis.
