Mr. Bryant serves as a Senior Manager in Midway’s development group.  Since joining Midway in May of 2002, Mr. Bryant has helped implement Midway’s goals of expanding commercial activities into multiple market segments.  Prior to joining Midway, Mr. Bryant worked for the Texas Real Estate Center, serving as the graduate assistant to the director of the graduate real estate program at Texas A&M University in College Station.

Over the last five years, Mr. Bryant has been involved in the development and management of numerous projects ranging from a mixed-use retail/office/residential development, to a Class A corporate office building, to a high-end boutique hotel. 

Mr. Bryant graduated at the top his class at Texas A&M University earning a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate.  Prior to that, Mr. Bryant graduated with honors from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, with a major in Finance.
