Mr. Houston is a Director, Development with Midway Companies and is responsible for overseeing acquisitions and development of Midway’s commercial portfolio.   Since joining Midway, Mr. Houston has developed over 1 million square feet of Class A office, medical office, industrial, apartments, and academic facilities.

Mr. Houston is also responsible for optimizing Midway’s proprietary development process to continuously enhance Midway’s project delivery capabilities. Prior to joining Midway Companies, Mr. Houston was a Manager with Accenture, Ltd., a management consulting firm to Fortune 100 companies.

Mr. Houston holds an MBA from Rice University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Houston is on the Board of Directors for the Houston Chapter of NAIOP and the Executive Committee of Urban Land Institute (ULI).  Mr. Houston also serves on the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Steer Auction Committee, the Yellowstone Academy Advisory Board, and is on the Board of Directors for Mission Centers of Houston.
