As a Development Director with Midway Companies, Mr. Link is responsible for the development and acquisition of Midway's commercial portfolio.

While at Midway Companies, Mr. Link has directed the development of a wide range of commercial projects including CITYCENTRE, a 1.5 million SF mixed-use project on Houston's west side. Mr. Link has broad development experience that spans multiple commercial asset classes including mixed use, office, retail, hospitality, industrial and multi-family.

Before joining Midway Companies, Mr. Link was an Architect and Project Manager at Gensler. While at Gensler, Mr. Link was involved in the master planning, design and construction of high profile projects across the country.

Mr. Link graduated with honors from Texas A&M University earning a Masters of Architecture and is a registered architect and LEED's accredited professional. Mr. Link is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Rice Design Alliance, Urban Land Institute, and serves on the Board of Directors for The Center.
