As Executive Vice President of Midway, Mr. Pappas directs all land planning, engineering, architecture, construction and management activities and oversees Midway’s residential and mixed-use development operations which provide turnkey services for clients and investors.

Previously, Mr. Pappas served as Vice President of Development for Markborough Development Company, the developer of the 2,200-acre New Territory mixed-use project in Sugar Land, Texas.  Mr. Pappas was responsible for the planning, design, construc­tion and maintenance of land improvements, streets, levee systems, recreational facilities, landscaping, utility services and all other aspects of the community development.  Additionally, he was responsible for the supervision of 19 Municipal Utility Districts.

Mr. Pappas earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a member of the City of Spring Valley planning and zoning commission.
