Steve Pierce serves as Vice President, Development with Midway Companies and is responsible for acquisition and development of Midway Companies portfolio of single-family residential projects. Prior to joining Midway, Mr. Pierce served as Vice President with Johnson Development Corporation. He joins Midway with more than 29 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate development.

Mr. Pierce has been involved in numerous high profile projects across the country and also has experience in real estate fund management. He has a broad knowledge of project types and currently focuses on Midway’s residential projects.

Mr. Pierce graduated with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tulane University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Greater Houston Builder’s Association (GHBA).
