Mr. Ulke serves as Senior Development Manager of Midway Companies.  He is responsible for managing the engineering, construction, amenities, and landscaping of all Midway Companies’ projects, including Spring Trails, a 1,000-acre master plan community.

Prior to joining Midway, Mr. Ulke served as construction engineer for Jones & Carter, Inc., where he supervised the addition of numerous sections in Coles Crossing and Silverlake. Mr. Ulke was in charge of designing and reviewing plans and specifications for construction projects ranging from water, sanitary sewer, drainage, and paving to waste water treatment plants.  Mr. Ulke also served as field engineer for HydroChem Industrial Services. His duties there included coordinating the removal of waste products from petrochemical plants and ensuring that strict safety procedures were in place.

Mr. Ulke earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
