Eco Centre at Lake Pointe, a 7-story, 153,000 SF office development project in Sugar Land, Texas received the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Core & Shell Platinum-level precertification from the United States Green Building Council. An entry fountain and landscaped waterfront promote a relaxed environment and the building's exterior materials include limestone and composite metal panels with sunshades of perforated metal and fabric. A pedestrian bridge crossing the lake gives tenants immediate access to shopping and restaurants. Eco Centre at Lake Pointe is currently on schedule to be completed in late 2010.
