This 200,000 square foot, 7-story office building with an atrium located at 13013 Northwest Freeway was built in the late 1970's.  Midway acquired the property and renovated it in 2004 to accommodate the needs of the Harris County Appraisal District, its employees, constituents, and the visiting public.  The project was designed to accommodate the current and future needs of HCAD which currently include over 500 employees, 300,000 callers per month, and during peak periods, up to 180,000 visitors per month.
